Tamda balık yemenin mevsimi … Hem bol şu aralar hemde lezzetli.  Vereceğim tarifi mutlaka bir fırsatını bulunca deneyin. Sizde lezzetine bayılacaksınız.

Malzemeler:1 büyükçe minekop.(Yada benzeri iri bir balık ).irice parçalara bölünmüş olsun.

1 Büyük soğan, 6-8 diş sarımsak

zeytinyağ, üzeri için tereyağ

3 tane domates, kuşbaşı doğranmış

3 tane yeşil biber , iri doğranmış.

tuz ve karabiber varsa top karabiber de olabillir.

Yapılışı: Genişçe güveç kabınıza 1 fincan kadar zeytinyagınızı dökün. Sarımsakları ve iri doğradığınız soğanları en alta dizin . Üzerine balıklarınızı yerleştirin. Doğradığınız domates ve biberleri de ekleyin. Tuzunu ve kara biberinizi de serpin. Bir fincan kadar çok değil su gezdirin . En üste 2 yemek kaşığı kadar tereyağını yerleştirip yağlı kağıtla güvecinizin üzerini örtün. Sonra kapağını kapatın. Ve 180 derecede 30 dakika kadar pişirin. Suyunu fazla çekmeden pişirin ki lezzeti suyunda saklı. Afiyet olsun..
